Brief Description: The target goal of this position is to acquire and maintain sales accounts as well as provide excellent customer support for consumers. This is an exciting and fast paced environment, so multitasking is a must! Our sales are largely booked through inbound channels, but experience with outbound sales is a plus.

Compensation: Hourly Pay + Commission

Role & Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow established accounts and develop new prospects by cold calling and generating leads within assigned territories.

· Cultivate business to grow sales and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

· Develop and maintain a tracking process to ensure business deadlines and sales requirements are met with proactive solutions.

· Provide account management and customer service.

· Address consumer and client inquiries and implement appropriate solutions or alternatives to solve any dilemmas.

Seasonal Position (Mid-August – Mid-December)

Pick and Pack orders on warehouse production line

Job Rates: Paid based on production – $12.00-$21.00 per hour based on units picked per hour

Pay Period: PAID WEEKLY EVERY FRIDAY!

Job Description: Obtain orders by clicking “auto” on computer. Items to pick display on computer screen. Pick items from assigned bays on a flow rack and scan items into empty tote. Return to packing station, scan/verify items with use of a finger scanner, pack into box, apply packing and shipping labels, place boxes on outbound conveyor.

To be successful as Order Fulfillment Specialist you must be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.  An Order Fulfillment Specialist must be able to maintain production standards of 100 picks per hour and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.  Must have average computer skills, must be able to stand/walk for entire work shift, be on time, consistently work your scheduled shift, maintain a clean work area, ensure all boxes are labelled properly and respond to requests made by line leader, warehouse manager, and operations manager.

Embroidery Machine Operator

Job Rates: $12.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and job performance

Pay Period: PAID WEEKLY EVERY FRIDAY!

Job Description: Operate Tsunami embroidery machine to include setting up machine, selecting pertinent tools and materials, troubleshooting, and ensuring all projects are completed to work order specifications.

To be successful as embroidery machine operator you must have a good eye for detail, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to read and understand work orders, must be able to stand/walk for entire work shift, consistently work your scheduled shift, maintain production  standards, ensure quality standards are met, assist in other departments as business needs dictate, work in conjunction with all departments to achieve Team success and respond to all requests as made by embroidery manager, and operations managers.

Sublimation Machine Operator

Job Rates: $12.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and job performance

Pay Period: PAID WEEKLY EVERY FRIDAY!

Job Description: Operate a sublimation heat press to include setting up machine, selecting pertinent tools and materials, adjusting heat and pressure settings, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring all work orders are completed to specifications.

To be successful as sublimation press operator you must have a good eye for detail, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to read and understand work orders, must be able to stand/walk for entire work shift, consistently work your scheduled shift, maintain production  standards, ensure quality standards are met, assist in other departments as business needs dictate, work in conjunction with all departments to achieve Team success and respond to all requests as made by sublimation manager and operations managers.

Laser Machine Operator

Job Rates: $12.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and job performance.

Pay Period: PAID WEEKLY EVERY FRIDAY!

Job Description: Laser Operator is responsible for machine setup, productivity, maintenance, and quality. Retrieve correct materials from product inventory to perform various fabrication duties. Load material into laser machine and load machine programs. Maintain cutting quality at acceptable feed rates. Assure that all products confirm to the prescribed quality standards. Package finished products. Perform general laser maintenance, including startup/shutdown and keeping laser and work environment clean.

To be successful as Laser machine operator you must have a good eye for detail, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to read and understand work orders, must be able to stand/walk for entire work shift, consistently work your scheduled shift, maintain production standards, ensure quality standards are met, assist in other departments as business needs dictate, work in conjunction with all departments to achieve Team success and respond to all requests as made by engraving manager and operations managers.

Collate brochures and additional materials into an envelope

Job Rates: Paid based on production, $0.06 per packet, – Minimum packet count per hour required = 200.

Pay Period: PAID WEEKLY EVERY FRIDAY!

Job Description: Collate designated brochures and various materials based on work order into an envelope.

To be successful as Catalog Order Fulfillment Specialist you must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and deliver consistent speed and accuracy.  A Catalog Fulfillment Specialist must be able to maintain production standards of 200 packets per hour and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Must be able to stand/walk for entire work shift, maintain a clean work area, ensure all envelopes are collated correctly, ensure all boxes are labelled properly and respond to requests made by Collation supervisor, warehouse manager, and operations manager.
